The Preliminary Design Phase can be the second design stage from Conceptual Design. This phase can also be the starting point for your design. Especially if you already collected or created ideas and just need to massage them into a workable plan. These drawings are drawn with CAD. You receive floor plans and a front elevation. You can even request a Perspective created from the Cad generated model. During this phase the customer can request changes to the plans to fine-tune their requirements.
