The Conceptual Design Phase is intended for those customers who need some direction pulling their ideas and imagination together.

I typically meet with the customer to review their information. We then go through an interview process to understand their lifestyle and determine how their home will be used. During this meeting I will take notes and perhaps start sketching ideas. This helps me form the conceptual idea of their home. I generally hand draw an elevation and a basic floor plan at this time.
